  • You can reset your password at any time. When you attempt to connect to your account, simply click on “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions provided.

  • Creating an account is a mandatory step that enables you to securely place orders on our website. Having an account allows us to guarantee that all of your personal data is always kept safe and ensures that you can track the progression of your orders.

    Bosabo is firmly committed to keeping all of your information safe and confidential.

Orders and payments

  • To ensure that your shoes are a perfect fit, here is a size guide to help you make the right choice.

  • We are primarily a manufacturer. This means that we have little to no inventory in stock. We strive to limit our impact on the environment, and as part of this, we make our shoes to order to avoid excess production and the waste that it creates. As such, we do not hold any special sales periods for our collections. Exceptionally, we may discount some already produced lines that have been canceled by the retailers we work with.

  • If you would like to receive a list of BOSABO retailers, send us a message at contact@bosabo.com. Don’t forget to let us know which region or city you live in!

  • If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please send a message as soon as possible to contact@bosabo.com with the order number and the article you would like to modify or cancel. We will let you know whether it is still possible to update or cancel your order at that point in time.

  • The production time is approximately 10 days (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and workshop closure for vacation periods) from the date of confirmation of your order.

  • The following payment methods can be used on our online store:

    o Carte Bleue/Visa/Mastercard with 3D Secure enabled

    o Check (French residents only)

  • 3D Secure is a secure online payment protocol.

    It limits the risk of online fraud caused by fraudulent use of credit card numbers.

    Only Visa and Mastercard holders can take advantage of this security feature.

  • Online payments can be refused if:

    o The verification code sent by your bank is not entered, is incorrectly entered, or is not entered quickly enough

    o You make a mistake when entering your payment details

    o Your bank refuses your payment

    As such, your first reflex should be to contact your banking institution. If the problem persists, please write us at contact@bosabo.com so we can examine the issue in greater detail.

Delivery and return

  • Colissimo’s package delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery. On average, you should expect to receive your package within:

    - 2 to 3 business days for mainland France

    - 5 to 12 business days for Europe

    - 8 to 17 business days for the rest of the world

  • When your package is shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to you. You can also log into your customer account to track your package.

  • This solution is currently being deployed in France and should be available (for France only) beginning in the summer of 2022.

  • We ship our products to France via Colissimo France and to most other countries via Colissimo International. For some destinations, we occasionally use other carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).

  • 5 Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination:

    o Mainland France: basic shipping included

    o Europe: €20

    o Rest of the world (including French overseas territories): €50

  • No longer able to track your package? If this happens, we will be glad to assist you. Just send us a message at contact@bosabo.com. We will find a solution together!

  • For deliveries outside mainland France or the European Union, you may be charged applicable administrative and/or customs fees by the shipping company. The customer is responsible for paying all such fees.

  • You can return products up to 14 days after receipt of your order.

    For returns to be accepted, returned articles must be intact, unworn, and still in their full original packaging in perfect condition.

    The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns.

  • Returned articles must be intact, unworn, and still in their full original packaging in perfect condition. Returns may be made up to 14 days after receipt of your order.

    To make it easier to process your exchange or refund request, it is mandatory to contact us before returning your articles by writing to contact@bosabo.com. We will then send you a return form to fill out.

  • No, custom shoes are unique products made in accordance with precise specifications, and as such, are not exchangeable or reimbursable.

  • Yes. When you return a product, you have the choice between a refund and an exchange. Exchanges are possible for products sold in the same conditions as the initial product (same price + standard pair available from our online store).

  • If your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. We will send confirmation by email.

Production and after-sales service

  • All of our shoes are hand made in our workshops near Nantes, France.

  • The production time is approximately 10 days (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and workshop closure for vacation periods) from the date of confirmation of your order.

  • Absolutely! All BOSABO shoes are made to order, which allows us to easily accommodate requests for custom shoes.

    You can order your custom pair directly via our online store by clicking on “Customize” on any product page.

    If you would like a product that is not available in our online store, let us know via our contact form.

  • Our raw materials are sourced as close as possible to our workshop. We take pride in working with local businesses whenever we can. All of our leather comes from France, Italy, or Spain. All our wood comes from local environmentally certified forests located no more than 100 km - about 60 miles -from our workshops. Our cork soles come from Spain.

  • We currently do not have an outlet store or an area in our workshop where customers can buy products. This is in part due to the fact that we do not have a sizable inventory of finished products that would enable us to stock a factory outlet.

  • We hold annual visits as part of the event “C’est quoi ton entreprise” (“What’s Your Company?”) organized every year in October by Osez Mauges.

    Apart from that specific event, we do not organize visits—which are a big task for our small team!

  • We have created a special « Care Instructions » page to give you all the information you need to properly care for your pair of shoes.

  • It is possible for us to service your BOSABOs if they need special care or repairs that require the intervention of our craftsmen. Feel free to send us an email to contact@bosabo.com with photos of your shoes and the details of your request.

    Our production manager will examine your photos, assess your request, and send you a price quote.

    The time needed for repairs will depend on our workload.
